目的:研究巫山淫羊藿净制的科学性。方法:紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,高效液相色谱法测定黄酮类单体成分——朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ的含量。结果:叶片、叶柄、叶中总黄酮含量分别为9.185%,2.143%,3.364%;朝藿定C含量分别为5.346%,0.653%,1.577%;淫羊藿苷含量分别为1.430%,0.047%,0.321%;淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ含量分别为0.328%,0.077%,0.078%。结论:叶片和叶柄中主要黄酮类成分含量差异明显;叶片中各成分的含量是叶柄的4.3~30.4倍,巫山淫羊藿摘取叶片入药时应摘除叶柄是科学的。
Objective: To study the scientific nature of the Wushan Epimedium net system. Methods: The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV - Vis spectrophotometry. The content of flavonoids C, Epimedin and Epimedium Ⅱ was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The contents of total flavonoids in leaves, petioles and leaves were 9.185%, 2.143% and 3.364%, respectively. The contents of epimedin C were 5.346%, 0.653% and 1.577%, respectively. The contents of icariin were 1.430% and 0.047% , 0.321% respectively. Epimedium glycoside Ⅱ content was 0.328%, 0.077% and 0.078% respectively. Conclusion: The contents of major flavonoids in leaves and petioles are obviously different. The content of each component in leaves is 4.3-30.4 times of that in petioles. It is scientific to remove the petioles when picking leaves of Wushan epimedium.
