日本某农研中心在世界上首次培育成功完全无青臭气的大豆新品种。用这种大豆新品种不需要任何脱青臭、脱豆腥措施即可直接加工成豆乳冰淇淋、饮料、蛋白粉及豆乳调味汁等。该品种采用基因重组法,将去除部分脂氧化同功酶的大豆,再用15000R射线照射后培育而成。
