在某生产线的控制任务中,要求计算机远距离控制一调速手轮的角度。对于这种“数字——角度”控制系统,若采用步进用机方案,其驱动系统的费用相当高。为了降低成本,在完全满足实际技术要求的条件下,本文提出一种采用交(直)流伺服电机的闭环步进式控制系统方案,这种系统具有与步进电机相同的输入输出静态特性,而费用要低,并且不会因失步产生积累误差。该系统的快速性由系统的机械惯性所决定。
In a production line control tasks, requires a computer remote control of a speed hand wheel angle. For this “digital-angle” control system, the cost of driving the system is quite high if the step-by-step scheme is used. In order to reduce the cost, this paper presents a closed-loop step-by-step control system with AC servo motors that fully meet the actual technical requirements. This system has the same input and output static characteristics as the stepper motor, And the cost is low, and will not produce errors due to out of step. The speed of the system is determined by the mechanical inertia of the system.
