以湖北地区含钒量较低的碳质石煤为原料,研究石煤与生物质及添加剂混合共焙烧过程中五价钒的转化率,确定合理的焙烧参数。结果发现:生物质的添加对石煤的脱碳和焙烧过程起促进作用,石煤与生物质7∶3混合在850℃的温度下焙烧取得最佳反应效果;加入4%的复合添加剂后(其中w_((Na_2CO_3))∶w_((CaCO_3))=6∶4),在950℃温度下焙烧2 h后,熟样中钒的转化率最高,五价钒的转化率为60%。
Taking carbonaceous stone coal with lower vanadium content in Hubei as raw material, the conversion rate of pentavalent vanadium during the mixed co-roasting of stone coal with biomass and additives was studied to determine the reasonable roasting parameters. The results showed that biomass addition promoted the decarburization and calcination process of stone coal, and the optimum reaction was achieved when the mixture of stone coal and biomass was calcined at a temperature of 850 ℃ for 7: 3. When 4% of the composite additive was added The w (Na_2CO_3): w_ (CaCO_3) = 6: 4), the highest conversion rate of vanadium and the 60% conversion of pentavalent vanadium after calcined at 950 ℃ for 2 h.
