采用非水溶液电解法从某厂高铁弹簧钢扣件中无损伤地提取了非金属夹杂物,通过扫描电镜观察和能谱分析,确定了夹杂物的类型、尺寸及形状,并分析了其对扣件性能的影响。针对该钢种,计算了钢液-夹杂物-熔渣之间的化学平衡,得到CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系平衡时的等[O]线和等[Al]线,为实际生产降低氧含量及夹杂物控制提供了一定的理论依据。
Non-metallic inclusions were extracted from non-damaged high-speed steel spring fasteners of a factory by non-aqueous electrolytic method.
