鉴于煤粉锅炉在少油或无油点火方面已经进行大量实践并取得成功,一些电厂在CFB锅炉实现少油或无油点火方面也进行了实践和研究,取得了初步效果。本文论述了循环流化床锅炉实现少油或无油点火的冷态与热态的启动方式,论述了实现少油或无油点火的各种技术措施。重点详述了同时综合使用各种方法才能取得较好效果。
In view of the large number of practices and successes of pulverized coal boilers with regard to less oil or oil-free ignition, some power plants have also practiced and studied CFB boilers to achieve less oil or oil-free ignition and achieved initial results. This paper discusses the start-up mode of the cold and hot state of the circulating fluidized bed boiler to achieve less or no oil ignition, and discusses various technical measures to achieve less oil or oil-free ignition. It focuses on the detailed and comprehensive use of various methods in order to achieve better results.
