实验研究表明,DNA损伤/修复和肿瘤的发生密切相关。姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)和非程序DNA合成(Unscheduled DNA synthesis,DNA)都是反映DNA损伤/修复的较好指标。我国食管癌的流行病学调查、遗传度分析和实验研究结果表明,河南、河北、山西等省都有明显的食臂癌家族聚集和遗传易感现象。为此,本文测定并观察比较了食管癌患者、食管癌高发家族成员和正常人的紫外线或/和盐酸氮芥诱导的淋巴细胞UDS和SCE,从这一侧面探讨肿瘤的遗传易感性。
Experimental studies have shown that DNA damage/repair is closely related to the occurrence of tumors. Sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and unscheduled DNA synthesis (DNA) are good indicators of DNA damage/repair. The epidemiological investigation, heritability analysis and experimental results of esophageal cancer in China showed that Henan, Hebei, Shanxi and other provinces all had obvious family aggregation and genetic susceptibility to esophageal cancer. For this reason, the UDS and SCE of lymphocytes induced by ultraviolet or/and nitrogen mustard in patients with esophageal cancer, high-family members of esophageal cancer, and normal individuals were measured and observed in this study. The genetic susceptibility of tumors was explored from this aspect.
