隔声罩在噪声治理中,是一种效果好,简便易行的方法,因此得到广泛采用.但它也存在一个弱点,就是在一定场合下给检修带来很大的不便.所以不少厂矿的环保、劳保部门刚使用隔声罩治理噪声,一会儿又被检修工人拆掉了.85年我们和太原化肥厂共同研制了一种带万向齿轮的电机消声器.原来该厂曾请北京某俏声设备厂制作过一台罩式电机消声器,由于以上原因而被拆掉了,而我们在电机的主要声源——进出风口处按装了带有齿轮的消声器,由于一推即开,对检查修理无任何妨碍,彻底解决了检修不便的矛盾,而投资仅为“罩式”的四分之一,通过验收.受到了工人的欢迎.
