探究了覆膜时间对临沧水稻土氮供应和烟株氮积累的影响。结果表明,烤烟的大田生育期均为127 d,成熟期叶绿素含量较高,移栽后35~45 d揭膜各项农艺性状指标较好。处理M5在整个生育期中氮供应表现出先减少-增加-减少-增加的趋势,其他4个处理均表现出先减少再增加的趋势。烟碱在烟株各器官中的积累表现为:叶>根>茎,且烟碱在根茎中的积累,T_1~T_2时期属于缓慢积累期,T_2~T_4时期则为快速积累期。总氮在烟株各器官中的积累表现为:叶>茎>根。
The effects of filming time on nitrogen supply and nitrogen accumulation in paddy soil were investigated. The results showed that the growth period of flue-cured tobacco in field was 127 days, and the content of chlorophyll in mature stage was higher. The indicators of agronomic traits in 35-45 days after transplanting were better. Nitrogen supply in treatment M5 showed the trend of decrease-increase-decrease-increase in the whole growth period. The other four treatments showed the trend of decreasing first and then increasing again. The accumulation of nicotine in various organs of tobacco plants showed leaf> root> stem, and nicotine accumulation in rhizomes. The accumulation of nicotine was slow in T_1 ~ T_2 and the rapid accumulation in T_2 ~ T_4. The accumulation of total nitrogen in various organs of tobacco plants showed as follows: leaf> stem> root.
