本文介绍用YAG激光微束照射36只Wistar大鼠颅脑,使其成为部分脑膜、脑内血管及脑组织损伤出血的脑血瘀动物模型。在此基础上对比观察了其自然恢复和给脑血康等药物后不同时期脑组织的病理形态学变化。其结果表明,激光照射大鼠头部后形成的脑血瘀自然恢复需31天左右;投给脑血康后可显示提前恢复。
In this paper, the brain of 36 Wistar rats exposed to YAG laser beam is used to make brain blood stasis model of some meninges, brain blood vessels and brain tissue hemorrhage. On this basis, we compared the histopathological changes of brain tissue at different periods after natural recovery and other drugs such as Naoxuekang. The results show that laser irradiation of the brain formed after the brain blood stasis natural recovery takes about 31 days; vote for the brain blood can be shown after the early recovery.
