叙述了在 Na OH电解液中进行铝合金表面微弧氧化处理。经微弧氧化制备的铝氧化膜 ,厚度可达 80 μm,显微硬度可达 HV1 2 0 0。通过 X射线衍射 ( XRD)分析和扫描电镜 ( SEM)分析观察可知 ,铝合金氧化膜层相结构为α- Al2 O3 和γ- Al2 O3 ,膜层与铝基体结合良好。通过热分析 ( TG、DSC)可知 ,此工艺制备的氧化膜有很好的热稳定性
The micro-arc oxidation of aluminum alloy surface is described in NaOH electrolyte. The aluminum oxide film prepared by micro-arc oxidation has a thickness of up to 80 μm and a microhardness up to HV120. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis revealed that the phase structure of the aluminum alloy oxide layer was α-Al 2 O 3 and γ-Al 2 O 3, and the film was well bonded with the aluminum substrate. By thermal analysis (TG, DSC) shows that the oxide film prepared by this process has good thermal stability
