河北省煤炭科学研究所根据省煤炭局领导的指示,在调查研究的基础上,集思广义地制定了“河北省各矿区煤层按开采条件统一编号的意见(初稿)”。这是我省大力发展采掘机械化和综合机械化的一项基础科研工作。因为这是一项新的工作,我们将“意见”刊登在这里,以利于各局、矿的贯彻执行,并希望将执行中遇到的问题和意见及时告诉我们,以便进一步的修改和补充。 Based on the investigation and study, Hebei Institute of Coal Science formulated the Opinions on the Unified Numbering of Coal Seam in Mining Areas of Hebei Province (Draft) on the basis of investigation and study. This is our province to vigorously develop mining mechanization and comprehensive mechanization of a basic scientific research. Because this is a new job, we publish “opinions” here to facilitate the implementation of the bureaus and mines. We hope that the problems and opinions encountered in the implementation can be promptly communicated to us for further revision and supplement.
