信用标准化建设是新时期的新事物。人们对信用标准化体系建设的认识见仁见智。本文将围绕着信用标准化的理论基础、信用标准化解决的现实问题、信用标准化的范围与内容、信用标准化体系建设的意义四个大问题展开讨论、阐述拙见。一、信用标准化是统一信用认识的基础信用标准化的理论基础是什么?有些同志对信用标准化建设不以为然,认为没必要,这是认识上的问题,说明还没有看清信用。 (1)什么是信用?信用就是获得信任的资本。这种资本由信用意愿与信用能力构成。获得信任的标志或结果就是获得社会交往、达成信用交易。信用是资本,是一种财富,可交易、可度量、可管理,有社会价值、经济价值和时间价值。
