往复式压缩机是石油化工企业中一种应用广泛的大型动力设备,其故障一般可通过振动和温度异常进行判别。主要介绍了光纤传感器的基本原理,并提出了一种基于Bragg光纤光栅传感器的故障状态监测方法。对某石化企业的往复式压缩机进行了在线监测,对其温度和振动进行监测,结果均符合正常工作指标。 Reciprocating compressor is a kind of large-scale power equipment widely used in petrochemical industry. The fault can be distinguished by vibration and temperature anomaly. The basic principle of optical fiber sensor is introduced, and a fault condition monitoring method based on Bragg fiber grating sensor is proposed. On-line monitoring of the reciprocating compressor in a petrochemical company, the temperature and vibration monitoring, the results are in line with normal working indicators.
