本文主要用有限单元法求解二维轴对称体温度场的计算方法。6 ESDZ 78/155型柴油机的下缸盖系一个空腔体,为了简化计算,近似地将其作轴对称体问题处理。我们将其分割为267个单元体,176个节点。计算结果表明,这种方法是有效的,理论值和实测值基本上是吻合的。现在我们正在陆续用有限单元法计算缸盖的机械应力和热应力问题。以期对6 ESDZ 78/155型柴油机气缸盖作综合的研究分析。本课题是对六机部403厂新产品设计的研究,在研究过程中,得到武字250部队的大力支持与指导。
This paper mainly uses finite element method to solve the calculation method of temperature field of two-dimensional axisymmetric body. 6 The lower cylinder head of the ESDZ 78/155 diesel engine is a hollow body that, for simplicity of calculation, is approximately treated as an axisymmetric body. We split it into 267 cells, 176 nodes. The calculation results show that this method is effective, and the theoretical and measured values are basically in agreement. Now we are gradually using the finite element method to calculate the mechanical stress and thermal stress of the cylinder head. With a view to 6 ESDZ 78/155 diesel engine cylinder head for comprehensive research and analysis. This topic is a research on the new product design of the 403 factory in the Six Machine Division. In the course of the research, it got the strong support and instruction from the 250 units of the Chinese military.
