T618A型卧式镗床,由于原设计对个别环节考虑不周,液压系统局部存在较严重的问题,影响了机床的使用性能。为此,我们采取了一些措施,取得了良好效果。一、机床存在的问题 1.微动机构不灵敏该机床自动化程度较高,只有微调机构还保留一个手动摇把,通过微动油缸实现纵横向工作台和主轴箱垂直运动三个方向的微调。由于设计上的不合理,手动摇把非常沉重费力,微调运动很不均匀,跳跃式移动,跳动量由0.2至1毫米不等,使对刀找正非常困难。 2.主轴箱下沉机床对工件镗孔过程中,主轴箱在床身立柱上锁不紧,逐渐下沉,使原已找正的主轴中心,对被加工工件产生相对位移。
