用分散聚合法合成了粒径为2μm的单分散PS种球,直接将种球用含ST和DVB的乳液进行膨胀-聚合,得到粒径为8.8μm的单分散共聚微球。经甲苯抽提后,得到单分散多孔ST/DVB色谱填料。报道的方法不需要对种球进行预膨胀(活化),缩短了反应周期,大幅度提高了色谱填料微球的单分散性。
Monodisperse PS spheres with a diameter of 2μm were synthesized by dispersion polymerization. The spheres were directly expanded and polymerized with ST and DVB containing emulsions to obtain monodisperse microspheres with particle size of 8.8μm. After toluene extraction, monodispersed porous ST / DVB chromatographic packing was obtained. The reported method does not require pre-expansion of the bulbs (activation), shortens the reaction period, and greatly improves the monodispersity of the chromatographic filler beads.
