不同光照强度下仙客来生长状况及叶解剖表现出明显差异。在遮光度66%黑网下,日平均照度1.5万lx栽培的仙客来生长最好。随光照强度的增加,叶数减少,叶面积缩小,生长受到抑制,叶片栅栏组织细胞层数增加,栅栏细胞排列更加紧密。随着光照强度减弱,叶面积增大,株高增加,但叶数减少,株形松散呈徒长状态,叶片栅栏组织细胞层数减少,与海绵组织之间界限不清晰。过强的光照对仙客来苗期生长也会造成抑制,使成苗比例减少,苗的生长减慢。
Cyclamen under different light intensity growth and leaf anatomy showed significant differences. Under the shade of 66% black net, the average daily illumination of 15,000 lx cultivated cyclamen to grow the best. With the increase of light intensity, leaf number decreased, leaf area decreased, growth was inhibited, leaf palisade tissue cells increased, palisade cells arranged more closely. With the weakened light intensity, the leaf area increased, the plant height increased, but the number of leaves decreased. The shape of the plant was loose and elongated. The number of layers in the palisade tissue of the leaves decreased and the boundary between the leaf tissue and sponge tissue was not clear. Too strong light on cyclamen seedling growth will also cause inhibition, reducing the proportion of adult seedlings, seedling growth slowed down.
