本文针对PLC控制系统的可靠性进行了研究,分析了影响PLC控制系统可靠性的设计因素,提出了提高系统可靠性的若干运行方法。对PLC控制系统的特点,阐述PLC应用过程中的一些措施,特别是硬件和软件抗干扰设计、冗余设计等,为提高PLC控制系统中的应用和可靠性取得令人满意的效果。
In this paper, the reliability of PLC control system is studied, the design factors influencing the reliability of PLC control system are analyzed, and several operation methods are put forward to improve system reliability. The characteristics of PLC control system, PLC application process described some of the measures, in particular, hardware and software anti-jamming design, redundant design, in order to improve the application and reliability of PLC control system to obtain satisfactory results.
