专家点评:军事档案在各种专门档案中是以极其机密敏感而著称的。然而根据中美两国国防部近日签订的合作备忘录,两国启动了军事档案合作事宜,主要是帮助美方寻找朝鲜战争前后美军失踪人员遗骸。我军军事档案的部分开放,无疑是国家档案工作进程中的大事,也拓宽丰富了档案工作的服务领域。中美就查找美军失踪人员开展的军事档案合作,体现了人道主义关怀,有助于两军务实性交流与合作,有助于维护地区乃至世界的和平与稳定。
Expert Comments: Military files are known for their extremely confidential and sensitive files in various specialized archives. However, according to a memorandum of cooperation signed recently between the two countries’ defense ministries, the two countries have launched cooperation in military archives to help the United States find the remains of U.S. missing soldiers before and after the Korean war. Part of our army’s military archives is undoubtedly a major event in the process of national archival work and broadens the service areas that have enriched the archives work. China and the United States have looked for the cooperation of military files between the missing personnel of the U.S. armed forces, demonstrated humanitarian care, pragmatic exchanges and cooperation between the armed forces, and maintained peace and stability in the region and the world at large.
