中国古代识人方法品鉴

纵观历史,中华民族人才济济,群星灿烂。然而,假如没有那些睿智卓识的“伯乐”们,就不可能有出类拔萃的人才群。笔者试图对历代有关识人的论述、史迹作一番品鉴,以期于开发人才和选拔使用干部有所资鉴。 1.听——听其言。语言是人们用来表情达意,交流思想的工具。杨雄的《法言·问神》说:“言,心声也”。在社会生活中每个人都要借语言表达自己的思想情感,政治家借此说服群众,外交家借此战胜对手,大律师借此争论公党……故而刘勰在《文心雕龙》一文中说:“一言之辩,重于九鼎之宝;三寸之舌,强于百万之师。”以听其言来识别人才有其古远的渊源:姜子牙说“问之以言,以观其详;穷之以辞,以观其变”;庄子说:“卒然问焉而观其知”;诸葛亮说:“穷之以辞辩而观 Throughout history, the Chinese nation has all the talent and brilliant stars.
