本研究采用一侧颈总动脉中段原位自体移植的新方法,旨在制备研究神经系统在动粥发病机制中作用的动物模型。通过二批试验,观察到自体移植段无任何粥样病变,相反,对照的无损伤颈总动脉有明显的动脉粥样硬化斑块。实验结果充分证明,神经系统在动粥的发病机制中起着重要作用,此结果可作为神经系统在动粥的发病机制中起作用的直接证据。
In this study, a new method of orthotopic autologous transplantation of common carotid artery was used to prepare an animal model for studying the role of the nervous system in the pathogenesis of porridge. By two batches of experiments, autologous transplantation segment was observed without any atherosclerotic lesions, on the contrary, the control non-injured common carotid artery has obvious atherosclerotic plaque. The experimental results have fully demonstrated that the nervous system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of porridge, and this result may serve as direct evidence that the nervous system plays a role in the pathogenesis of porridge.
