目的建立同时测定抗呼吸道病毒复方胶囊中黄芩苷和白藜芦醇苷方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Kromasil ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸二氢钠(0.03 mol.L-1,H3PO4调pH=3.0)-乙腈梯度洗脱(0 min,83∶17;8.00 min,83∶17;15.00 min,80∶20;40.00 min,75∶25),检测波长303 nm,柱温30℃,流速0.7 mL.min-1。结果抗病毒复方中黄芩苷和白藜芦醇苷在该条件下有较好的线性关系。结论测定方法简便、准确,为抗呼吸道病复方质量评价提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and resveratrol glucoside in anti-respiratory tract virus compound capsules. Methods The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used on a Kromasil ODS column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was a gradient of sodium dihydrogen phosphate (0.03 mol.L-1, H3PO4, pH=3.0)-acetonitrile gradient elution ( 0 min, 83:17; 8.00 min, 83:17; 15.00 min, 80:20; 40.00 min, 75:25), detection wavelength 303 nm, column temperature 30°C, flow rate 0.7 mL.min-1. Results The antiviral compound baicalin and resveratrol glucoside had a good linear relationship under this condition. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which provides a reliable basis for the evaluation of anti-respiratory disease compound quality.
