中国社会的转型使体制外空间迅速膨胀,人民生活需求日益多样化、多层次化,两种力量催生、拉动了中国的社区建设。而在我国社区建设中存在着一些制约社区建设进展的因素。为促进社区工作的有效运作,应该转变政府职能,理顺政府与社区关系,促进社区的自治功能;建立健全社区组织体系,规范民主自治载体;增强社区居民的参与热情,培育居民的社区意识;推进社区工作的职业化和专业化;构建“以人为本”的社区服务网络体系。
The social transformation in China has rapidly expanded the space outside the system, and the people’s living needs are increasingly diversified, multi-layered and the two forces are giving birth, driving the community building in China. However, there are some factors restricting the progress of community construction in the community construction in our country.
