随着铁路跨越式发展大力推进,路局进行直管站段和站段调整整合,现场大量新技术、新设备投入运用,这给职工培训带来了许多新任务、新情况、新问题。特别是我们正在进行的高等学历班培训、复转军人岗前培训、班组长培训及针对某一工种的短期应急培训,面对的都是现场职工,层次多,专业多,职工素质高低不一,那么,如何做好职工培训班的班主任工作,是教学管理人员值得深思的问题。
With the vigorous development of the railway by leaps and bounds, the bureau made a lot of new tasks and new equipment brought about by the integration of the direct station management and station depot adjustment and site integration.
