近年来,随着各项财政改革的推进和财政管理的加强,部内各业务司局日益重视发挥专员办的作用,加大业务指导力度,使专员办工作取得明显成效。为进一步了解部内业务司局对专员办业务发展的看法和要求,“法制与监督”栏目计划组织两期“司局长谈专员办业务发展”专辑,重点围绕专员办工作如何与业务司局日常管理工作融合、如何进一步发挥专员办参与和加强中央财政监管作用等问题进行探讨与交流。继上期之后,本期我们整理编发了经济建设司司长虞列贵、税政司司长朱振民和农业司副司长褚利明就有关问题的访谈内容,以飨读者。
In recent years, with the promotion of various fiscal reforms and the strengthening of financial management, various business departments within the Ministry have attached great importance to giving play to the role of commissioners, stepping up their business guidance so that the work of commissioners has achieved remarkable results. Following the previous issue, we organized and compiled interviews with relevant directors on issues related to issues such as Yu Liegui, Director of the Department of Economic Construction, Zhu Zhemin, the Secretary for Taxation, and Chu Liming, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture.
