目的探讨PBL教学法与PACS系统在放射科进修医师培训中的应用价值。方法对2010年1月-2014年12月在放射科学习的进修医师50人,其中25名进修医师采用传统教学法,另25名进修医师采用PBL和PACS相结合的教学法。培训结束后以考试成绩作为对两种教学方法教学效果的评价指标,并对结果进行统计分析。结果采用PBL结合PACS的教学法的进修医师,考试成绩高于采用传统教学法的进修医师,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法结合PACS是进修医师实践学习的新模式,有利于影像诊断思维的培养,快速提高进修医师的临床技能,达到进修提升的目的,值得在培训中应用。
Objective To explore the application value of PBL teaching method and PACS system in the training of radiologists. Methods From January 2010 to December 2014, there were 50 further study physicians in radiology. Among them, 25 were in the traditional pedagogy, and another 25 were in the pedagogy combined with PBL and PACS. After the training, taking the test scores as the evaluation index of the teaching effects of the two teaching methods, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Adopting PBL combined with PACS pedagogic method, the test scores were higher than those of the traditional pedagogues who used traditional pedagogy. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions PBL teaching method combined with PACS is a new model of practicing physician study, which is beneficial to the training of imaging diagnosis thinking, rapidly improving the clinical skills of advanced physicians, and achieving the goal of further study. It is worth to be applied in training.
