利用细菌氧化过程中主要载金矿物黄铁矿及毒砂发生的氧化还原反应,根据生物氧化厂原料中砷、铁、硫含量及其氧化率计算出的生物氧化作业理论耗氧量,并以此作为含砷金精矿细菌氧化预处理作业选择鼓风机的基础数据。通过现场数据及计算数据对比可知,不能简单地按生产规模或充气系数来选择细菌氧化预处理作业鼓风机风量,宜将氧气利用率作为主要的设计参数,新项目设计时氧气利用率≤30%为宜。
Based on the redox reaction of pyrite and arsenopyrite, the major gold-bearing minerals in bacterial oxidation process, the theoretical oxygen consumption of biological oxidation was calculated according to the arsenic, iron and sulfur contents and their oxidation rates in the raw material of biological oxidation plant.
