赵恒树(山东亿辰混凝土有限公司,高级工程师)结构混凝土构件分为两部分,其一是竖向构件,其二是水平构件。竖向构件(包括水平构件的侧模)在拆模时只要考虑混凝土具有一定的强度(1.2MPa以上),在拆模时不掉角,不去楞为原则。可是有些施工单位为了赶工期,在混凝土终凝后即行拆模,造成构件出现缺角掉棱现象。更有甚者,有的木工师傅凭着以往的施工经验,到时候就拆模,结果造成了部分墙柱坍塌,也有的墙柱在箍筋下出现水平裂
