针对价值流管理三大主要指标——在制品、提前期和生产节拍时间(WIP、Leadtime和Takttime)对于工程机械制造企业的实际意义和影响分别进行了论述,明确了三大指标的本末和主次关系,阐述了实施VSM(价值流,Value Stream Management)的着眼点以及大致的过程和方法,以发现浪费,进而消除浪费,达到降低成本、提高利润的目的。
In view of the three major indicators of value flow management, namely WIP, Leadtime and Takttime, the actual significance and impact of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises are discussed respectively, The second part describes the implementation of VSM (Value Stream Management) and the general process and method to find out the waste, then eliminate the waste, achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing profits.
