岩质高边坡的稳定问题是水利水电建设中经常遇到的重大课题,由于边坡失稳而造成重大人身伤亡和经济损失的事故屡有发生。根据水利水电工程建设中的迫切需要,国家“八五”攻关“高坝建设关键技术研究”项目将此课题列为所属4大课题之一。经过5年科技攻关,在岩质高边坡稳定的综合分析及预测方法、边坡开挖加固措施及监测技术、岩质高边坡工程地质勘探新技术等方面取得突破性进展。该课题成果被国家科委、国家计委和财政部评为国家“八五”科技攻关重大科技成果,并给予表彰
The stability of rocky high slopes is a major issue often encountered in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower. Accidents that cause serious personal injury and economic loss due to the instability of the slope often occur. According to the urgent need in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, the national “eight five” research “key dam construction technology research” project this issue as one of the four major issues. After five years of scientific and technological breakthroughs, breakthrough progress has been made in the comprehensive analysis and prediction of the stability of high rock slopes, reinforcement measures and monitoring techniques for slope excavation, and new technologies for geological exploration of rocky high slopes. The achievements of this project were appraised by the State Science and Technology Commission, the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance as major scientific and technological achievements in national “Eighth Five-Year Plan” scientific and technological breakthroughs and given recognition
