本文首次报道淫羊藿属植物全草中肌醇的定性定量分析。样品经三甲硅烷基化后,在2%OV-101色谱柱上分离出肌醇,采用气-液色谱法(GLC)测定肌醇含量。共分析了20种植物材料。植物材料日本Saitarma的药圃中人工栽培的淫羊藿屑植物,取全草干燥的地上部分。试剂肌醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、乙醇(99.5%)、正己烷、无水硫酸钠、六甲基二硅胺烷(HMDS)、三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)、甲基花生酸(MA)。仪器与色谱条件岛津GC-9A型气相
This article reports for the first time the qualitative and quantitative analysis of inositol in the whole plant of Epimedium. After trisilylation of the sample, inositol was separated on a 2% OV-101 column and inositol content was determined by gas-liquid chromatography (GLC). A total of 20 plant materials were analyzed. Plant material Epimedium compositae planted in a herb garden in Saitama, Japan, and the whole plant dried on the ground. Reagents inositol, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), ethanol (99.5%), n-hexane, anhydrous sodium sulfate, hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS), trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) Methyl arachidic acid (MA).
