采用Φ500mm×500mm的试验球磨机对磷渣的粉磨特性及其粉体的几种表征方式进行研究。试验结果表明:磷渣磨后粉体的比表面积与粉磨时间的对数之间存在良好的线性关系。筛余和比表面积法只能反映粉体的某一特征,而采用粒度分析可全面反映水泥中粗细颗粒分布状况。
The test of Φ500mm × 500mm ball mill was used to study the grinding characteristics of phosphorous slag and several characterization methods of the powder. The experimental results show that there is a good linear relationship between the specific surface area and the logarithm of grinding time. Sieve residue and surface area method can only reflect a certain characteristics of the powder, and the use of particle size analysis can fully reflect the distribution of coarse and fine particles in cement.
