目的:脊神经根病是骨科的常见病,以脊神经支配区域疼痛为主要临床表现,致病因素复杂,临床上根据不同的病因,选择手术或非手术治疗。文章回顾了近几年的研究报告,主要阐述脊神经根病的病因和治疗特征。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1990-01/2004-08期间的相关文章,检索词nervispinales,pain,therapy,限定文章语言种类为英文。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库1990-01/2004-12期间的相关文章,检索词脊神经,疼痛,治疗”,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:选择有关脊神经根病的病因、发病机制和治疗的文献,均为研究原著。资料提炼:共收集到22篇近5～14年有关脊神经根病的病因与发病机制、手术治疗、微创与介入治疗、非手术治疗的特征等方面的文献。资料综合:脊神经根病以颈腰背痛最为多见,由各种病因所致对脊神经根的机械性压迫和化学性物质刺激而诱发本病,临床上根据不同的病因,选择手术或非手术治疗。所以对脊神经根病的病因和治疗特征必须有足够的认识。结论:检索的文献报告表明,对脊神经根病的病因做出正确判断并制定相应的治疗方案,是保证有效治疗的关键。
OBJECTIVE: Spinal radiculopathy is a common disease of orthopedics. The main clinical manifestation is the pain in the innervated area of the spinal nerves. The pathogenic factors are complex. The article reviews the research report in recent years, mainly elaborating the etiology and treatment characteristics of radiculopathy.
