采用添加变质剂和快速冷却相结合的方法,改善Al-27Si合金初晶硅的形貌和尺寸,并借助光学显微镜OM、分析软件Image Plus对初晶硅的尺寸、形貌、圆整度、粒度分布等进行了统计和分析。结果表明,细化Al-27Si合金初晶硅尺寸效果较好的变质处理和快速冷却的工艺为:变质剂添加量0.09%,变质温度880℃,变质时间30 min,型腔内径准10 mm的冷却模具。同时得到对初晶硅尺寸的影响因素,由大到小的顺序是:变质剂的添加量>冷却速度=变质时间>变质温度。
The morphology and size of the primary Si of Al-27Si alloy were improved by the combination of adding modifier and rapid cooling. With the aid of optical microscope OM and analysis software Image Plus, the size, morphology, Particle size distribution statistics and analysis.
