在竞技体育中,运动训练导致的自由基增加是造成运动性疲劳、运动性贫血以及其它身体机能低下状态的重要因素。如何消除和抵抗运动训练产生的大量自由基对运动能力的不利影响是当前竞技体育中的研究热点。本实验对游泳大鼠灌服六周中药以探讨中药对肾脏及骨骼肌自由基代谢的影响。实验结果表明:1)中药显著提高大鼠游泳的时间,对提高运动能力具有积极意义;2)运动训练引起骨骼肌、肾脏MDA生成增加,对这些组织细胞膜的损伤增加;3)中药灌服提高了大鼠股四头肌和肾脏SOD及GSH-PX的活性,促进骨骼肌和肾脏对自由基的消除能力;4)中药灌服有利于抵抗运动训练造成的自由基生成增加对机体的不利影响,对维持和提高运动能力十分有利。
In competitive sports, the increase of free radicals caused by exercise training is an important factor in causing sports fatigue, exercise-induced anemia and other conditions of poor health. How to eliminate and resist the adverse effects of a large number of free radicals produced by sports training on their athletic ability is the hotspot in current competitive sports. In this study, swimming rats were drenched six weeks of traditional Chinese medicine to explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine on free radicals metabolism of kidney and skeletal muscle. The experimental results show that: 1) Chinese medicine significantly improves the swimming time of rats, which has a positive effect on improving exercise capacity; 2) exercise training causes increased MDA production in skeletal muscle and kidney, and increases damage to the cell membrane of these tissues; 3) The activities of superoxide dismutase and GSH-PX in the quadriceps and kidneys of rats and the elimination of free radicals in skeletal and kidney were improved.4) The traditional Chinese medicine was effective in resistance to adverse effects of free radicals generated during exercise training on the body , Is very advantageous to maintain and improve athletic ability.
