采用附加有低温加热装置及电视系统的光学金相显微镜,对CuZnAl形状记忆合金的热弹性马氏体相变进行动态观察,发现该合金的马氏体,随温度循环可反复地形成或消失,而且,每一马氏体片重复出现时,其位向、形貌和尺寸,基本上保持不变.马氏体形成或消失的方式,除了降温转变型“爆发”方式外,还拌有随时间的增加而逐渐清晰或消失、过程缓慢的等温转变型“浮沉”方式.先形成的一次马氏体并不都是贯穿整个母相晶粒,其尺寸并非最大.在偏光下观察,一些黑色晶粒的马氏体具有较好的逆转变性.
An optical microscope with attached low temperature heating device and television system was used to observe the thermoelastic martensitic transformation of CuZnAl shape memory alloy.
