本文探讨了用Fe_2EDTB配合物作为过氧化物酶的模拟物,用于催化过氧化氢氧化苯酚的反应体系;研究了Fe_2EDTB配合物的酶催化氧化机理和建立了动力学数学模型。结果表明:Fe_2EDTB配合物在不同的反应条件下均表现出过氧化物酶催化的特征。
In this paper, Fe 2EDTB complex was used as a mimic of peroxidase to catalyze the reaction of phenol with hydrogen peroxide. The catalytic oxidation mechanism of Fe 2EDTB complex was studied and a kinetic mathematical model was established. The results showed that Fe 2EDTB complex showed the characteristic of peroxidase catalysis under different reaction conditions.
