分析了3线切分生产的轧制特点,并针对3切生产中存在的料型控制难度大、容易发生堆钢事故的问题,主要提出了优化15、16、17、18架孔型、规范主控台速度调整操作、加强轧机装配工及调整工标准化作业、进行精轧机导卫、导槽、水冷线等工艺设施的改进等措施,有效地降低了调整难度,减少了堆钢事故,使产量、成材率、作业率等指标有了显著的提高。
