随着电子设备的不断发展,移动阅读也受到越来越多人的青睐,据统计,截止2015年年底,移动阅读市场经济规模就增长了14%,金额达到了100亿元左右,所以各大出版社都更倾向于网络营销。但也正是因为如此,传统出版业的生存空间就被狠狠的压缩了,加上目前国家的税收改革政策,传统的出版企业正处于一个危险与机遇并存的时期,而财务管理作为出版企业发展过程中最为重要的一环,增强出版企业的财务管理就是必然的了。因此本文以财务管理出发,提出了财务管理中存在的问题,并对出版企业的生存情况进行了一系列分析,目的旨在增强出版企业的财务管理,并提升出版企业的核心竞争力。
