运动损伤一直困扰着运动员和教练员,如何防止运动损伤,使运动员能够坚持正常的训练,也一直是各位体育教育和训练工作者所关心的问题。本研究根据学生的身体素质和训练的方法、运动训练损伤的部位以及在训练中学生出现的心理问题对肇庆职业学校近三年来16-18岁业余田径运动员在训练过程中受伤的情况进行分析与研究,找出相应的原因,并提出预防措施和处理的方法。希望能够为业余田径训练、教学中避免运动损伤的出现提供具有参考意义的借鉴。
