为了了解消费者对改善性功能保健食品的认识 ,采用多元逻辑回归模型分析“保健食品消费者调查表”的调查资料。结果 :65%的消费者赞成改善性功能保健食品 ,小于 4 0岁、接受中专 /高等教育、有较高经济收入的群体和各自相对应的群体比较 ,持赞成观点的比例高 ,P <0 .0 5。分析表明 :伴随着人们观念更新、高等教育普及和社会经济的发展 ,消费者对改善性功能保健食品的赞同会进一步提高 ,而加强营养保健知识宣传 ,严格保健食品管理 ,设计科学精密的改善性功能试验方法是研制开发改善性功能保健食品的关键。
In order to understand consumer awareness of sexual health foods, a multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the survey data for the “Health Food Consumer Survey”. Results: Sixty-five percent of consumers agree that sexual health foods should be improved. For those less than 40 years of age, those who receive secondary school/higher education, higher income groups, and their respective counterparts, the proportion of those who agree with opinions is high. P < 0 .0 5. The analysis shows that: With the renewal of people’s concepts, the popularization of higher education, and the development of social economy, consumers’ support for improving sexual function health food products will be further enhanced. The promotion of nutrition and health knowledge education, strict health food management, and the design of scientific improvement The functional test method is the key to the research and development of improved functional health foods.
