心电门控磁共振成像技术(ECG—MRI)是用心电图波信号激发磁共振成像的脉冲序列,使心脏在心动周期的特定时相成像,因而能获得高分辨率的心脏影像。本文首先介绍了心电门控仪的设计原理,然后采用了预期性门控的方法对心脏进行成像实验,最后对比成像结果表明当MRI心电采集系统加入心电门控单元以后,在心电门控方式的扫描下,所获得的心脏图像质量明显增强,运动伪影基本消除。
ECG-gated magnetic resonance imaging (ECG-MRI) is the use of electrocardiogram signals to excite magnetic resonance imaging pulse sequence, the heart in a specific phase of the cardiac cycle imaging, which can obtain high-resolution images of the heart. This article first introduced the design principle of ECG gating instrument, and then used the expected gating method to imaging the heart. Finally, the contrast imaging results showed that when the MRI ECG gating system was added to ECG gating unit, Under the control of scanning, the obtained heart image quality was significantly enhanced, and motion artifacts were basically eliminated.
