本文简述了仪器的机理及流量的测量原理,侧重于对仪器结构特征、电路模式和各单元电路特征的分析。文章提出了“容载量”及“容载系数”的概念,为厚膜电路的研制与应用建立了量的客观依据。旨在为电子仪器的研制,特别是为油井测试仪的研制,在应用厚膜混合电路方面提供一个典型的范例。厚膜电路流量计(下文简称“流量计”)测量范围广,传感器耐高温,在我国石油生产测井仪器领域中居领先地位。
This article describes the principle of the instrument and the flow measurement principle, focusing on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the instrument, the circuit mode and the characteristics of each unit circuit. The article puts forward the concepts of “capacity” and “load capacity”, and establishes an objective basis for the development and application of thick film circuits. Designed for the development of electronic equipment, especially for the development of oil well tester, the application of thick film hybrid circuit provides a typical example. Thick-film circuit flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as “flow meter”) wide measuring range, high temperature sensor, logging in China’s oil production in the field of leading position.
