目的 探讨鼠伤寒沙门氏菌 porin(STM- porin)诱导 BAL B/ c小鼠细胞免疫的能力。方法 迟发型变态反应(DTH)、IL - 2分别采用足垫肿胀、MTT法 ;利用尼龙毛柱纯化免疫的 BAL B/ c小鼠的 T淋巴细胞通过尾静脉转移到非免疫小鼠 ,再用 5 0 0 L D5 0 的 STM攻击。结果 用 STM- porin免疫的 BAL B/ c小鼠可以产生较高水平的 DTH (3.6± 0 .2 ,P<0 .0 1)和IL - 2 (2 6 .2± 4.9,P<0 .0 1) ;同时 T淋巴细胞被动免疫保护 (42 .9% )也明显高于 L PS组 (0 % ) ,P<0 .0 1。结论 这些结果说明 STM- porin可能诱导 BAL B/ c小鼠产生较强的细胞免疫
Objective To investigate the ability of Salmonella typhimurium porin (STM-porin) to induce cellular immunity in BALB / c mice. Methods Delayed metamorphosis (DTH) and interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) were respectively treated with foot pad swelling and MTT method. T lymphocytes from BALB / c mice immunized with nylon column were transferred to non - immunized mice via tail vein. 5 0 0 L D5 0 STM attack. Results BAL B / c mice immunized with STM-porin produced higher levels of DTH (3.6 ± 0.2, P <0.01) and IL-2 (26.2 ± 4.9, P < 0 1). Meanwhile, passive immunoprotection of T lymphocytes (42.9%) was also significantly higher than that of L PS group (0%), P <0.01. Conclusions These results suggest that STM-porin may induce stronger cellular immunity in BAL B / c mice
