利用广泛的发动机试验和运行循环仿真,确定了在非道路瞬态循环和特定用途中降低运行成本的潜力。采用1台6缸柴油机作为试验发动机,配装电装公司第4代G4S共轨喷油系统,能够达到300 MPa的喷射压力,并采用FEV公司的先进重型燃烧系统。基本型发动机在装备喷射压力达200 MPa左右的现代喷油系统时,在不带后处理装置的前提下可满足美国第4阶段中期排放标准。电装公司的G4S喷油系统除了能达到300 MPa的喷射压力外,还具有静态防漏喷油功能,因此对于给定的喷油量,可最大限度地减少建立压力所需的泵油能量。
Using a wide range of engine tests and run-of-cycle simulations, the potential for reducing operating costs in off-road transient cycles and specific uses has been identified. A six-cylinder diesel engine was used as a test engine with the fourth-generation G4S common rail injection system of Denso Corp. to achieve an injection pressure of 300 MPa and FEV’s advanced heavy-duty combustion system. When equipped with a modern injection system with injection pressure up to 200 MPa, the basic engine can meet the fourth phase of the United States medium-term emission standards without any aftertreatment device. Denso G4S injection system in addition to 300 MPa injection pressure, but also has a static leak-proof fuel injection, and therefore for a given amount of fuel injection, to minimize the pressure required to establish the pump oil energy.
