目的探讨螺旋CT造影检查在小肠肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选择拟诊小肠肿瘤患者80例,CT造影和X线气钡灌肠检查各40例,比较两组患者检查时小肠充盈情况以及诊断与病理检查结果。结果观察组小肠充盈扩张满意率为57.5%,显著高于对照组的27.5%(P<0.05),观察组诊断符合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CT造影在诊断小肠肿瘤的临床价值相对于传统气钡灌肠具有显著提高,但其仍无法作为小肠肿瘤诊断的金指标。 Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of small bowel tumors. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as small intestine tumor, 40 patients underwent CT angiography and X-ray barium enema were enrolled in this study. The intestinal filling and the results of diagnosis and pathology were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfactory rate of small bowel filling and expansion in observation group was 57.5%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (27.5%, P <0.05). The diagnostic coincidence rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of small bowel tumors is significantly higher than that of traditional barium enema, but it still can not be used as a gold index in the diagnosis of small bowel tumors.
