东府[2016]112号各镇人民政府(街道办事处、园区管委会),市府直属各单位:现将《东莞市企业信息公示和信用约束管理暂行办法》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2016年12月22日东莞市企业信息公示和信用约束管理暂行办法第一章总则第一条为规范企业信息公示,建立健全企业信用约束管理机制,推动企业信用体系建设,根据《企业信息公示暂行条例》、《广东省企业信用信息公开条例》、《广东省商事登记条例》、《广东省市场监管条例》等规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本市行政区域内企业信息的归集、公示、使用和信用约束管理活动,适用本办法。
