针对项目型企业知识创新体系如何建立的问题进行了研究。首先,分析了项目型企业知识管理体系的组成要素、要素之间的关系并提出了知识创新的循环流程;其次,阐述了内外部创新体系要素及其与知识管理体系的相互作用。在此基础上,构建了项目型企业知识创新体系的概念模型。该模型能够在一定程度上阐释项目型企业知识创新体系的基本结构及运作机理,对其完善知识创新能力具有一定的辅助作用。
Aiming at the problem of how to set up knowledge innovation system in project-based enterprises, First of all, the paper analyzes the elements of the knowledge management system of project-based enterprises and the relationship between the elements and puts forward the circulation process of knowledge innovation. Secondly, it expounds the internal and external innovation system elements and their interaction with the knowledge management system. On this basis, a conceptual model of knowledge innovation system in project-based enterprises is constructed. The model can explain the basic structure and operation mechanism of knowledge-based innovation system of project-based enterprises to a certain extent, which plays a supplementary role in improving the capability of knowledge innovation.
