目的:研究太白米Notholirionbulbuliferum(Lingelish.)Stearn干燥小鳞茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离化学成分,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从正丁醇萃取物中分离鉴定了6个酚酸类成分,分别为对香豆酸甲酯(methylpcoumarate,I)、对甲氧基肉桂酸(pmethoxycinnamicacid,I)、对香豆酸(pcoumaricacid,II)、阿魏酸(ferulicacid,IV)、咖啡酸乙酯(ethylcafeate,V)、1O咖啡酰甘油酯(1Ocafeoylglycerol,VI);另外,从其石油醚萃取物和氯仿萃取物中分离鉴定了β谷甾醇(VII)、β谷甾醇葡萄糖苷(IX)和正二十八酸(VII)。结论:化合物VI为新化合物,其它化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Stebul’s dried bulbs of Notholirion bulbulliferum (Lingelish.). METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and identified by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS. Results: Six phenolic acids were isolated and identified from n-butanol extracts. They were methyl p-coumarate (I), p-methoxycinnamic acid (I), and p-methoxycinnamic acid (I). P-coumaric acid (II), ferulic acid (IV), ethyl caffeate (V), 1-O-cafeoylglycerol (VI); Beta-sitosterol (VII), β-sitosterol glucoside (IX) and n-dodecanoic acid (VII) were isolated from their petroleum ether extracts and chloroform extracts. Conclusion: Compound VI is a new compound. Other compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
